Using the center
● Information Counter
The information counter offers details regarding usage of all of KPIC’s facilities, information on international activities, and daily life guidance for international residents.

● Computer Corner
Internet access is available. (100 yen / 15 min., black and white printouts (A4-sized) available for 10 yen / page.

● Social Saloon
This area is a place for prefectural residents and internationals to meet casually and to encourage international exchange. It is free to be used by all.

● Book and Magazine Corner
Books, magazines, and other reading materials, including information about what’s going on overseas as well as introductions to Japan and Kyoto. Free of charge, but materials are not available for borrowing.

● Video Library
There are various kinds of videos. Enjoy watching. (Free)

● Large-Screen Television
Broadcasting the news of the world from the BBC.

● Message Board
The message board is a place to introduce information related to international exchange events planned by individuals, study and personal enrichment, and merchandise.
If you wish to post something on the message board, please come to KPIC; we cannot process requests by email or fax. (Messages are on A5-sized paper ? please use the forms supplied by KPIC).

● Volunteer Room (Advanced reservation required; free of charge)
This room is for use by those who are engaged in international activities and is intended for small-group meetings. (Major activities (events and exhibitions, etc.) should be held in the conference room).
Also, organizations and volunteers who use the volunteer room may make use of its three computers free of charge.

●Conference Rooms
These rooms are for seminars and meetings held by KPIC and international activity organizations.
