合気道は争う心をおこさず、心をととのえます。 この講座では呼吸法という技術と基本的な技法を繰り返し練習することで、心と身体のあり方を学び、伝統的な合気道の基礎を身につけます。 経験は問いません。 1.合気道についての解説 2.．初歩的な呼吸法、瞑想法を行う 3.．合気の技、捌き、受け身を行う 4.．呼吸力を練る 5.．以上の基礎練習を繰り返し合気道を学ぶ Japanese culture is the culture of tatami (bamboo mats). This culture has given rise to tea ceremony where one enjoys a sip of tea, ikebana where one arranges flowers, and martial arts where one defends one’s body and refines one’s mind. In Aikido, one prepares one’s mind in a non-violent way. In this class, through the repeated practice of breathing and basic techniques, one could learn about how to use our bodies and minds and acquire the fundamentals of traditional aikido. Prior experience is not needed. 1. Explanation about Aikido 2. Basic breathing methods and meditation methods 3. Aikido techniques, handling of one’s body, responses 4. Polish breathing techniques 5. Learning Aikido through repeated practice of the above basics |

生活の中で必要な漢字を楽しく学びます。 Would you like to get together and study some kanji? This class is for the people who think things like: “I am awful at kanji,” “I can speak ok, but I can’t read kanji,” or “I have tried to start studying many times, but I can’t seem to stick with it.” We will have fun learning the kanji necessary in daily life. |
