You can consult with a specialist (*) regarding matters such as extending your period of stay or changing your status of residence.

- If you need an interpreter, we use a telephone interpreting service. Please have your phone ready.

Kyoto Prefectural International Center (Kyoto Terrsa East Building 3F)
- For those living far away or unable to visit the center, remote consultations via Zoom are also available.

An appointment is required.
Application form

*We can only offer a consultation one time for any particular matter. However, if your status of residence or family circumstances change, so your matter of consultation is different, you can sign up for a consultation even if you have already had one.
