7月6日（土）

•   8:30　　京都駅集合
• 11:30　　京丹後市到着（丹後王国「食のみやこ」
  　　　　  参加者交流、昼食（石窯ピザ）
• 14:00　　ホストファミリーとの対面
• 14:30　　各ホストファミリーの家へ　

7月7日（日）

• ～14:00　ホストファミリーとゆっくり過ごします。
• 14:00　　金刀比羅神社集合　思い出の記念品作成
• 15:30　　京都に向けて　出発
• 18:00　　京都駅　到着

July 6th (Sat)

•   8:30　　Meet at Kyoto station. Leave by private bus.
• 11:30　　Arrive at Kyotango (Tango Kingdom Shoku no Miyako) 
  　　　　  Mingling with other participants. Lunch (Brick-oven Pizza)
• 14:00　　Meet Host Families
• 14:30　　Depart to Host Families' Homes

 

• Until 14:00　Free time with your host family.
• 14:00　　　Making mementos together with Host Families 
  15:30　　　Leave for Kyoto
• 18:00　　　Return to Kyoto station

対象　たいしょう Participants

　 18歳以上の、京都府の留学生　（40名）   　
    International students of Kyoto Prefecture (over 18 years old) (40 people)

参加費　さんかひ Fee

　 3,000円　（昼食代とプログラム費）
　　ホストファミリーとの時間に使うお金は、自分で払ってください。

    3,000 yen  (Lunch and program fee)
　　You  have to cover any expenses that might arise during your time with your host family.

持ち物　もちもの Things to bring

　参加費、着替え、お土産（ホストファミリーへ）
　 Participation fee, change of clothes, a Gift for Host Family

締め切り　しめきり Application deadline

　6月14日（金）　6月17日（月）※締切を延長しました。
　参加できるかどうかは抽選で決めます。参加について6月19日（水）に連絡します。

　June 14th (Fri) 　June 17th (Mon) *The deadline has been extended.
   Participants will be chosen through a lottery. We will contact you on June 19th (Wed) regarding your participation.

注意事項 ちゅういじこう　Important

　直前のキャンセルはホストファミリーにとても迷惑になります。スケジュールをよく確認してから申込んでください。
　Cancelling before the event causes great inconvenience to the host families. Please check your
  schedule before applying.
